Travel east on the A197 through Ashington then pass the Fire Stn and turn left onto Stakeford Lane then turn right to Bothal vilage. Travel through Bothal village and head towards Pegswood. Cycle through Pegswood village until you get to the roundabout then turn right on the B1337, go east on the B1337 through Longhirst, Ulgham and Widdrington village. At the Widdrington Inn roundabout turn right towards Druridge bay. Follow the coast road through Druridge Bay towards Cresswell and onto Lynemouth.
