Stoney End Holidays are self catering cottages situated in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. We offer both serviced and self-catering accommodation in and around the tiny hamlet of Worton in the heart of Wensleydale and self catering in Swaledale. Amble through pretty villages, see local cheeses made, browse in antique shops and country markets, discover castles and stately homes, ruined abbeys or even a theme park and factory shops. This area offers something for everyone.

Explore from the door on foot or use us as a base to discover the delights of Northern England by car. We have 6 self-catering cottages and charge from £250.00 per week. We also offer quality Bed and Breakfast accommodation: one double/family room with a 4-poster bed and en suite shower room; one double with private bathroom.

On the edge of the tiny Wensleydale hamlet of Worton, near Askrigg, with spectacular views across the River Ure and over the fells towards Swaledale, this gorgeous stone cottage offers cosy and comfortable accommodation finished to a very high standard. You can even choose to visit us at Stoney End next door for breakfast and choose from our extensive menu!

Accommodation on one level
This cottage, all on ground floor level, is a real home from home. The large open-plan main living room comprises of a cosy sitting area, with comfy sofa and chairs, dining area and compact but extremely well equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms - a double and a twin- and a bathroom with toilet, hand basin and bath with an electric shower over.

Four-poster Bedroom
The lovely four-poster bedroom with dark, polished wood and finished in rich reds with gold and neutral touches is perfect for romantics.

Twin Bedroom
The twin bedroom, which has French, extra-wide twin beds, with sunny curtains and bedcovers, is a bright and friendly room for children or adults.

Outside
Outside the cottage a small, private paved area with a Hot Tub and garden furniture overlooks the dale. The view is stunning! There is also access to the paddock, picnic and play area.
